☆I bought this item from your website, but I don't like it. How can I give it back to you?
Please call or email us to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please tell us the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange, replacement or credit. Once we provide you with an RMA#, you can ship the product back to us in the original packaging via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. If you are sending a package back, please make sure it is sent back with insurance and a tracking number or delivery confirmation. You can label your packaging like this:

☆How long does it take for me to start a return?
The time limit for initiating returns is 15 days from the date of delivery, and the time limit for gift purchases is 30 days. This applies to concession returns (items no longer wanted or needed) and faulty or incorrect items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible.
☆The item I purchased arrived damaged/defective (or was not what I ordered). how to solve this problem?
Before contacting us, please be sure to check the box your order arrives in and make sure there are no loose items at the bottom of the packaging material. If the box has been damaged or tampered with during shipping, please indicate this when contacting us. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us before sending the package back.
☆Do I need to pay a restocking fee when returning an item?
In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be in exactly the same condition as when received, including the original packaging, and any accessories, parts and documentation that came with the item. We do not accept returns if the product has been overused and cannot be resold.
Please understand that shipping costs for discount returns will be borne by you. If the order qualifies for free shipping, actual postage will be deducted from the refund.
Free items or free gifts purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the free item is not included in the return, the cost of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
☆How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 days.
☆All returns are approved at the sole discretion of Chinoiserie shop, and Chinoiserie shop reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified, or cannot be resold for other reasons.
