In order to achieve economical and reliable delivery, different types of products will use different transportation routes. After receiving the order, we will usually pack and send out the package within 1-2 days. The shipping time varies slightly depending on the product. The general shipping time for ordinary goods is about 7-10 days. Special goods (such as paste, charged product) will be slightly slower. If you would like to request that we ship using a specific service, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order to discuss shipping options.
If your order is time-sensitive or urgent, please contact us at fys397294@gmail.com to ensure your order is shipped the same day. We will be happy to help. Shipping times posted below are based on carrier's published guarantees during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We try to ship most orders for in-stock items received by 11:00am that day, but in some cases it may take up to 2 days to ship. Custom orders may require additional time to process. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times if the carrier encounters weather-related, address corrections, or other unexpected delays per its delivery time policy.
